POLICY

A few important details to keep everything clear, comfortable, and safe before we photograph together.

PARENT + GUARDIAN

Anyone under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present for the entire photography session.

SAFETY

The safety of my clients comes first.

I will never ask a senior or family member to do anything I believe is unsafe for the sake of a photograph.

Locations and activities are always subject to weather, terrain, traffic, tides, crowds, accessibility, and other conditions present on the day of the session.

I may change a location, modify an idea, or stop a session at any time if I believe conditions are unsafe.

Clients should never climb, enter restricted areas, stand in traffic, approach unstable cliffs or rocks, enter unsafe water, trespass, or take unnecessary risks for a photograph.

If conditions aren't safe, we'll make another photograph somewhere else.

WEATHER

Central Coast weather can change quickly.

If weather or other conditions aren't suitable for your session, we may change locations or choose another date.

Weather-related decisions will be made as close to the session as reasonably possible.

LOCATIONS

Locations are planned before your session and must be safe and reasonably accessible.

Some locations may require permits, parking fees, admission fees, or other charges. Any known additional location costs will be discussed in advance.

I may change or decline a location because of safety, accessibility, weather, permit restrictions, or other conditions.

LATE ARRIVALS

Please arrive on time and ready to begin.

Arriving late may reduce the amount of photography time available and may limit wardrobe changes or locations.

SOCIAL MEDIA

You're welcome to share your finished photographs online.

Please do not apply filters, change the colors, or substantially alter the finished photographs.

Please credit 805 Senior Portraits when sharing your photographs online.

PRIVACY + IMAGE USE

Booking a session does not automatically give 805 Senior Portraits permission to use your photographs for advertising, the website, portfolio, or social media.

Permission to use identifiable client photographs for promotional purposes will be handled separately.

POLICY INFORMATION

These policies are intended to help provide a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable photography experience for everyone.

805 Senior Portraits may update these policies when necessary. The policies in effect on the date of your session will apply.

These website policies do not replace your signed photography agreement. Your photography agreement contains the complete terms governing your session.
