TERMS
A few important details about booking, payment, photographs, and delivery.
BOOKING + RETAINER
Your session date is reserved once your photography agreement is signed and the required retainer is received.
The retainer is applied toward the total cost of your session and is non-refundable.
Dates are not held without a signed agreement and retainer.
PAYMENT
The remaining balance is due before your photography session.
All balances must be paid in full before finished photographs, digital files, prints, albums, or other products are delivered.
CANCELLATIONS + RESCHEDULING
If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please contact 805 Senior Portraits as soon as possible.
A retainer may be transferred to another available session date when the rescheduling requirements in your photography agreement are met.
Repeated rescheduling may require a new retainer.
IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE
In the unlikely event that I cannot photograph your session because of illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond my reasonable control, I will make every reasonable effort to find another date.
If another date cannot be agreed upon, payments for photography services that were not provided will be refunded.
YOUR PHOTOGRAPHS
Every photograph taken during a session is not delivered.
805 Senior Portraits carefully selects the strongest photographs from your session. Purchased photographs are individually retouched and finished in the 805 Senior Portraits style.
RAW files and unedited photographs are not provided.
RETOUCHING
Standard retouching is included with purchased photographs and may include color and tonal adjustments, temporary blemish removal, and other finishing consistent with the 805 Senior Portraits style.
Extensive alterations or special retouching requests may require an additional fee.
DELIVERY
Finished photographs are typically ready approximately 2–3 weeks after your session.
Albums, fine art prints, wall art, and other physical products require additional production time.
YEARBOOK SUBMISSION
Yearbook submission is included when specified in your collection.
Families are responsible for providing the correct school deadline, image specifications, and submission information with enough time for image selection, retouching, and submission.
805 Senior Portraits cannot be responsible for a missed school deadline when the required information is provided too late for the photograph to be prepared and submitted.
DIGITAL PHOTOGRAPHS
Purchased high-resolution digital photographs are provided for personal use.
You may print them for yourself and share them with family and friends.
Copyright remains with 805 Senior Portraits.
Photographs may not be sold, commercially reproduced, or provided to another business for commercial use without written permission.
PRINTS + PRODUCTS
Fine art prints, wall art, albums, and additional photographs are available for purchase.
Because monitors, printers, and labs reproduce color differently, 805 Senior Portraits cannot guarantee the color, quality, cropping, or longevity of photographs printed through third-party consumer labs.
PRICING
Prices and products are subject to change. The pricing associated with your signed photography agreement will apply to your booked session.
AGREEMENT
These website terms provide general information about booking with 805 Senior Portraits.
Your signed photography agreement contains the complete terms of your session and will control if there is any difference between the agreement and the information provided on this website.
